Customer Satisfaction is Our Top Priority
We understand that timely and accurate delivery is more than fulfilling a promise to our clients—it reflects the integrity and reputation of our brand. Today, we’re sharing a successful delivery case that highlights our team’s efforts and achievements in managing orders and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
This case involved six power units for oilfield fracturing trucks. During the delivery process, we faced two major challenges.

Challenge 1: Delayed Final Payment from the End User
Due to delays in receiving the final payment, we had to pay part of the balance to the supplier in advance under pressure. Just as the final payment was about to come through, the client generously offered to cover all bank fees.
This wasn’t the first time the client showed such understanding and generosity. It made me wonder, If I were the client, would I be as gracious? Their trust and goodwill made me even more determined to live up to their expectations.
Challenge 2: Cracked Flywheel Housings in Two Shipments
In the first shipment, one of the two engines had a cracked flywheel housing. To our surprise, both flywheel housings in the second shipment were also cracked. Despite this, the client didn’t blame us or question the product quality—they simply asked us to send two replacement flywheel housings as soon as possible.
If I were the client, I might have been furious, but their patience and understanding inspired us to act swiftly.
While we initiated the claims process and searched for replacement flywheel housings, it took nine days to locate them. The client, eager to save time, arranged for air freight themselves. However, when their freight forwarder contacted us, we discovered the housings hadn’t been packaged yet. Since our warehouse didn’t have packaging materials ready, we had to rely on an external supplier who couldn’t deliver until the next day.

Reflection and Action
At that moment, I asked myself, What would I do if I were the client? The answer was clear: I needed to find a solution immediately. I went straight to the warehouse, unsure of what to do but determined to find a way to ship the goods on time.
Upon arrival, I measured the flywheel housings and searched for any empty boxes or pallets that might fit them. Unfortunately, none were suitable. I asked the warehouse team to contact the packaging supplier for a custom wooden box, and they agreed to rush an order for delivery later that afternoon.
Even so, I felt I hadn’t resolved the issue quickly enough. Just as I was about to lose hope, I noticed a pre-packed wooden box nearby. I measured it and found it was a perfect fit. Within 30 minutes, we had repacked the items, allowing the shipment to proceed without delay.

Lessons Learned
This experience made me realize several things:
- I should have checked the weight and dimensions of the flywheel housings as soon as they arrived, which would have revealed the lack of packaging earlier.
- Informing the warehouse in advance about the urgency of this shipment could have ensured timely preparation of the wooden box.
- If I always put myself in the client’s shoes and feel their sense of urgency, I would naturally find ways to avoid such delays in the future.
Looking ahead, the final batch of goods is still in transit. We must prepare in advance by inspecting the flywheel housings as soon as they arrive to ensure any issues are resolved promptly.
Conclusion
Our client’s patience and kindness remind us that their loyalty is earned through trust and understanding. The best way to honor that trust is by thinking ahead and asking ourselves, If I were the client, what would I want?
This case demonstrates our commitment to exceeding client expectations and providing exceptional service. Join us in celebrating this successful delivery and the lessons it has taught us!
