Product Introduction

High-Pressure Injection (HPI) fuel system provides high injection pressure for optimal combustion, low emissions, and better fuel economy. HPI fuel injection provides a “soft” injection start for reduced combustion noise with other benefits such as excellent cold start characteristics and quick response at all engine speeds.
Extra-wide gear transmission: operates with less noise and durability, and easily handles high loads.
The single-stage turbocharger from Cummins Turbo Technologies can increase air density with lower intake air temperatures to produce more power and lower emissions while using less fuel.
Full electronic programmable control optimizes combustion at any altitude and in any condition.
The dual-stage fuel filter is a combination of a full-flow and bypass filter, which helps reduce maintenance costs and extend service intervals;
The precision-ground cylinder liner uses superior metal technology to precisely machine the cylinder liner, providing excellent surface smoothness and durability.
The power cylinder assembly consists of a proven one-piece black cast iron ball and black cast iron piston for maximum strength and reliability. This advanced design uses a nitride liner and a cast iron top ring to withstand injection pressures, providing excellent durability. High wear-resistant camshaft – micro grinding increases its service life twice as much as the previous design. Improves the contact of the traverse with the rocker’s arm, reduces wear, and increases service life.
The Prelub ™ system distributes oil to the gun and friction surfaces and creates oil pressure before starting. The pressure switch ensures the correct oil pressure in the main gun to reduce the risk of starting the engine with no oil in the oil pan or filter. Prelub is a standard solution for all mining engines because it helps to extend the service life of the engine before rebuilding.
The first-class fan drive unit uses a large, sealed bearing, an improved oil seal, and an improved idle system. The fan drive unit has a fixed fan center and provides tension through manual adjustment and maintenance-free idlers. The fan drive may or may not be equipped with an oil drive fan clutch.
